Every piece is handmade with great attention to detail, and she offers a fast turnaround—typically between 2 to 4 weeks. Many off-brand versions lack a critical design feature: the center plate. Without it, the collar doesn’t apply even pressure around the dog’s neck. Instead, it creates a torquing (twisting) motion that can cause discomfort or even injury, and it disrupts the pressure-and-release mechanism that makes the prong collar an effective communication tool when used correctly.
