1. Enrollment and Registration: 
1.1. By enrolling your dog in any of our training programs or services, you agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information about yourself and your dog.
1.2. Enrollment fees must be paid in full prior to the initiation of any training program, unless otherwise agreed upon. 
2. Training Sessions: 
2.1. Training sessions will be conducted at the agreed-upon location and time. 
2.2. Clients must be punctual for all scheduled training sessions. Late arrivals may result in shortened session times.  
2.3. Training sessions may need to be cancel or reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances such as inclement weather or trainer unavailability. In such cases, we will make every effort to provide alternative arrangements or session credited. 
3. Health and Safety: 
3.1. All dogs must be up-to-date on vaccinations as required by local laws and regulations. 
3.2. Dogs showing signs of illness, including but not limited to coughing, vomiting, diarrhea, or lethargy, should not attend training sessions until cleared by a veterinarian or it has been more than 48 hours since signs of illness. 
3.3. Dogs who are aggressive towards humans and/or have bitten humans must either be kenneled or muzzled upon arrival to our meeting place or the arrival of the trainer.  
4. Liability:
4.1. While every effort is made to ensure the safety of all dogs and participants during training sessions, K9 Wellness Academy, its trainers, and staff members are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage that may occur. 
4.2. Clients are responsible for any damage caused by their dogs to property or persons during training sessions. 
5. Refunds and Cancellations: 
5.1. Refunds will only be provided in accordance with our refund policy:  
5.1.1. Refunds will be granted if the client has notified K9 Wellness Academy at least 1 business day  prior to the first lesson. 
5.1.2 A 10% cancellation fee will be deducted.  
5.2. . Cancelations of scheduled training sessions by client requires a minimum of a 24 hour notice to avoid loss of a session credit unless mutually agreed upon by client and K9 Wellness Academy.
6. Intellectual Property: 
6.1. All training materials, including but not limited to videos, handouts, and written materials, are the intellectual property of K9 Wellness Academy and may not be reproduced or distributed without prior written consent. 
7. Privacy Policy: 
7.1. We are committed to protecting your privacy. Any personal information provided to us will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. 
8. Amendments: 
8.1. K9 Wellness Academy reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes in writing. If amendments are not agreed to be acceptable to client, K9 Wellness
8.2. Academy will refund 100% any remaining session credits.
